Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of F100 and A319/20 jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and specialise in mining industry charters, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to join our team as Manager Performance Improvement, where you’ll lead a small team of analysts focused on enhancing On-Time Performance (OTP) and driving operational excellence. This includes conducting reviews of historical and current OTP performance to identify long-term trends, and setting best-practice performance targets to drive consistency and accountability across the business.

Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll help embed a culture of performance improvement by streamlining processes and implementing initiatives that deliver measurable OTP impact. Your ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around shared goals will be key to ensuring successful execution of improvement strategies. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic aviation environment while contributing to the future of Network Aviation and the Qantas Group.

You’ll have –

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence business outcomes

  • Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements in partnership with stakeholders

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and connect insights across business units
