Benefits for parents
We put family first with our paid parental leave entitlements. Employees can access 18 weeks of primary carer's leave and 10 weeks of secondary carer's leave, making it among the best in Australia. Also, employees on paid and unpaid parental leave will continue to receive superannuation for up to 52 weeks.
Multiple types of leave
When life throws a curveball, we offer personal and carer's leave, leave without pay, leave for specific outside commitments (e.g. Defence Force or SES leave), and in some roles, the option to buy additional annual leave, to give you as much flexibility as you need to take time away from work.
