Training Facilities Coordinator

  1. Jetconnect Limited
Posted date: 18 August 2025

Job Description

  • Challenge yourself in this fast-paced operations role
  • Take pride in creating seamless training experiences for our Jetconnect Pilots and Cabin Crew
  • Permanent full-time position based at Auckland Airport

At Jetconnect, we’re proud to represent New Zealand while flying the Qantas red tail. Based in New Zealand, we’re an exciting business challenged with delivering strong commercial outcomes. We also provide the same memorable experiences for all customers who travel to and from our beautiful country. We fight to stay ahead of the game, confidently running a world-class operation that brings our New Zealand workforce together while staying true to our commitment to the Qantas Group.

As the Training Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of Jetconnect’s training facilities — ensuring every course is delivered without a hitch for our pilots and cabin crew. This includes setting up and packing down rooms, preparing participant materials, managing technology and equipment, coordinating with facilitators and guest speakers, and making sure our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for all.

This is a hands-on role that suits someone who thrives on organisation, has a passion for great customer service, and can juggle multiple priorities while keeping a calm and professional approach. If you enjoy problem solving, working with a variety of people, and being at the heart of operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, event coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using the MS Office Suite and troubleshooting basic technology issues.
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset with high attention to detail.

We aim high and push ourselves to deliver on the best outcomes. When things don’t go to plan not all is lost, we make the most of it by learning from our mistakes.

The Qantas Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion. If you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at time of application.

If you’re up for achieving the impossible, register your interest and we’ll be in touch.
