The Senior Analyst, Employment Knowledge is responsible for providing expert advice to People Services, business managers, and the HR community on employment relations matters, including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments, enterprise agreements, modern awards, HR policies, and employment contracts. The role involves managing escalated queries, conducting coverage and classification analysis, and ensuring compliance with legislation.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or Contract Law
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in employment law, industrial relations, or contract law, with expertise in interpreting and applying legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex employment-related queries and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
