The Project Change Manager is responsible for leading development and execution of the overarching change strategy for a major change program.

The role will work with business stakeholders and a Customer Journey Project Specialist, to define and execute the overarching change strategy for all directly and indirectly impacted stakeholders.

This role requires a self-starter with initiative; someone with experience in large scale organisational change within a commercial and operational environments; someone who brings stakeholders to together to deliver collaboratively, effectively problem-solve and embrace change within in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Integrate with existing project and company forums to coordinate project risk and change activities.
  • Own and manage project impact, change and risk assessments including coordinating the delivery of associated mitigation and management actions owned by stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the Project Lead, Project Manager, Customer Journey Project Specialist and Test Manager in delivery of project.
  • Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive change management strategy working closely with Operational and Commercial business units, to co-create that strategy, building upon the extant project plan, goals, milestones and customer journey changes.
  • Centralise the approach to communications, engagement, consultation and training activities with consideration to timing, recipients, and delivery channels/forums. Ensuring activities are aligned with broader company strategy, engagements, and announcements.
  • Provide detailed subject matter expert advice, engaging additional internal and external stakeholders to refine that advice as required.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders to setup project for success.
  • Engage key vendors & partners where required.

What you will bring:

  • 5 yrs+ experience in organisational change management within commercial and operational environments, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in change management principles, techniques and tooling.
  • Strong and demonstrated interpersonal, coordination, influencing, communication and presentation skills across a wider range of business levels from frontline teams to C-suite.
  • Positive attitude towards change, feedback and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience in creating and leading new business development initiatives and activities.
  • Well-developed numerical, analytical and computer skills.
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to research data and insights, with a strong understanding of customer insight and its impact.
  • Self-disciplined nature capable of working independently and within a team.
