The Senior Product Manager, Consumer Lounge Products is responsible for leading the commercial growth, business development, and product strategy across the Consumer Lounge Product portfolio. This role is accountable for driving incremental revenue and long-term value creation across all product types. In this role you will oversee the management of key revenue streams and the end-to-end management of existing lounge products, including performance evaluation, margin analysis, and continuous enhancement to ensure operational and customer excellence. The role will also lead the design and development of new consumer-facing products and services, working closely with the broader Commercial team and a group of Product Managers to identify and capitalise on market opportunities. The role will also provide change management and training support to ensure effective delivery across teams. 

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience in revenue product strategy and developing commercial partnerships across multiple industries 
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue product execution and management
  • Strong understanding of commercial arrangements, contracts, and negotiation principles 
  • Ability to develop detailed financial models and assess the commercial viability of new initiatives 
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value projects from end to end 
  • Proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders to successful project outcomes 
  • Capability to manage and prioritise multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
