  • 2-year fixed term contract, on a rotational shift roster, based at Singapore International Terminal

You are still an integral and close part of our team. As a Premium Host, you will provide exceptional customer service that is personalised to Qantas First Class passengers, Chairman's Lounge members, Platinum & Gold Frequent Flyer Members and Major Corporate Accounts. You will ensure an effortless and superior travel experience through the airport, ensuring every Qantas First and Premium passenger’s journey is seamless and memorable. In this role, you will engage with high-profile travellers, handling their needs with precision, while embodying Qantas’ commitment to service excellence. You will be required to demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

You’ll have:

  • Unrestricted rights to live and work in Singapore.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ customer service experience in the aviation or tourism industry
  • Familiarity with arrival and departure procedures and formalities within the aviation sector. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program and associated loyalty programs. 
  • An understanding of aviation legislation and airport compliance requirements. 
  • Willingness to undergo training in all aspects of safety, security, and operational procedures. 
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to assist customers with their baggage (within established OH&S guidelines).
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to collaborate across a variety of teams.
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
