Engineering Support Systems Administrator

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

Join Network Aviation in this two year fixed-term contract as the Engineering Support Systems Administrator, within our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team. This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of engineering support systems, ensuring they remain effective, accessible, and compliant with operational and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Manager Engineering Support Systems, the Administrator will manage user access, resolve system-related issues, and uphold data integrity in line with internal procedures. The role involves close collaboration with the broader Engineering team, internal business units, and external service providers—including Qantas Group IT—to deliver reliable technical support and contribute to ongoing system enhancements that align with business needs.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 3+ years systems administration or equivalent experience
• Tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent
• Technical proficiency in software platforms
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Solid understanding of system administration principles, including configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal procedure adherence in regulated environments
• Effective communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to document processes, system changes, and user guides clearly and accurately
