  • Lead and develop the Customer Engagement team to drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships 
  • Provide strategic input into the design and successful delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused leader to join our team as Manager, Qantas Business Rewards (QBR) Customer Engagement. In this role, you’ll lead the Customer Engagement team, delivering targeted customer engagement strategies that drive incremental revenue and protect market share. You’ll manage the pipeline of customer opportunities, identify areas of need, and equip the team with tools to connect customers with the right products. 

Using customer feedback and market insights, you’ll influence product optimisation and provide strategic input to the SME Sales team. You’ll also lead the design and delivery of QBR airline offers, working closely with Revenue Management and Airline Marketing to create mutually valuable initiatives. 

You’ll have – 

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles, with proven team leadership. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or equivalent industry experience. 
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. 
  • Strong experience in identifying, analysing, and driving customer opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Skilled in facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution. 
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and allocate resources effectively. 
  • Airline industry experience preferred, but not essential.
