Join Jetstar as a Manager – Finance Transformation and play a key role in driving best-in-class finance processes across the organisation. In this strategic role, you'll work closely with Finance Workstream Leads to identify and implement sustainable improvements that enhance performance and embed a positive culture. You’ll lead the execution of key initiatives identified in end-to-end finance reviews and provide project management support across both the Jetstar Finance Transformation and Qantas Group Transformation programs. This is a unique opportunity to influence meaningful change within a dynamic and fast-paced finance environment.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the Manager – Finance Transformation role, you will ideally bring:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA / CPA) – preferred but not essential
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation or similar business improvement roles
• Experience working in complex, high-pressure corporate environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
• Strong project management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and adaptability, with a track record of delivering in fast-paced environments
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive and manage change
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile environments
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse cultures, geographies, and stakeholder groups
