Jetstar is seeking a Manager – Transformation (Technology) to lead the delivery of best-in-class digital and technology processes across the Finance function. In this key role, you’ll collaborate with Finance and Technology Workstream Leads to identify and implement sustainable improvements that enhance performance and ways of working. You’ll drive the execution of technology-related initiatives outlined in the Deloitte end-to-end review, and support project delivery across the Jetstar and Qantas Group Finance Technology Transformation programs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of finance through innovative, tech-driven solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in the Manager – Transformation (Technology) role, you will ideally bring:

• Experience in Technology Transformation or similar business improvement roles
• Knowledge of TM1, Power BI, and exposure to Oracle Financials
• Experience working in complex, high-pressure corporate environments
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive change agent committed to continuous improvement
• Strong prioritisation and ability to work in agile environments
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to influence and build strong cross-functional relationships across locations and cultures
