As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Manager – Inclusion & Future Talent to drive our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda and shape our Early Careers programs, ensuring Jetstar attracts, develops and retains a diverse and talented workforce.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will:

  • Lead the execution of Jetstar’s I&D strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of First Nations peoples, women in underrepresented roles, and people living with disability.
  • Design and manage Early Careers initiatives including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.
  • Partner with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies and community partners to strengthen Jetstar’s brand and impact.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to influence business decisions, backed by robust data and reporting.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
  • A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.
  • Energy, resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Degree qualifications in Business, HR, or a related discipline desirable.

Qualifications

Degree Qualifications in Business &/or Human Resources •Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development or generalist HR •Experience working across multiple geographies and working with different businesses •Functional knowledge of Jetstar operations, technical, corporate, commercial, sales and customer facing business areas highly regarded. •Ability to comply with Jetstar’s Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibility Standards for safety in the workplace
