We’re now seeking a passionate People Manager – Performance Culture to join our Organisational Development team. This role will be instrumental in delivering our performance management processes, building leader capability, and championing initiatives that underpin Jetstar’s long-term success.

The Opportunity

As People Manager – Performance Culture, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of Jetstar’s performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Drive the implementation and ongoing embedment of our performance framework.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture, improve goal quality, and support leadership capability.
  • Embed Jetstar’s leadership principles into performance practices and development programs.
  • Use data and analytics to track adoption, engagement, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.

About You

You’re a people-focused HR or OD professional who thrives on building performance and culture. You’ll bring:

  • Degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or organisational development, ideally in a performance and culture focused role.
  • Experience in delivering performance management processes, frameworks, or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
