We’re looking for a Leadership & Capability Specialist to join our OD team and support the design, development, and delivery of initiatives that strengthen Jetstar’s culture and leadership capability across both our corporate and frontline teams.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Kickstart amazing journeys by facilitating and delivering engaging organisational development initiatives, including fun onboarding sessions, dynamic team effectiveness programs, and inspiring professional development workshops.
• Empower leaders across Jetstar with innovative leadership development programs, tailored for everyone from frontline heroes to corporate champions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to uncover hidden potential and co-create exciting development solutions that perfectly align with our business needs.
• Coach and mentor our talented stars, helping them unlock their full potential and soar to new heights.
• Leverage data and insights to measure the impact of our programs and continuously improve, ensuring we always hit the mark.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with Jetstar's objectives, making a real difference in our organisational development journey.

About You

You’re a natural facilitator and coach with a passion for building leadership capability. To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or similar), and / or HR/OD qualifications or experience.
• Experience in delivering leadership and development programs in corporate and/or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse business areas.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
