As our Head of Talent and Performance you will shape and execute our enterprise-wide talent strategy, lead performance transformation initiatives, and build the talent pipelines that will power our growth. You'll be responsible for everything from succession planning and high-potential development to early career programs and performance management systems. 

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Group Organisational Development & Inclusion, you'll be driving the integration of talent and performance frameworks into business planning while championing a culture of accountability, continuous development, and excellence.

What you’ll be doing 

As the Head of Talent and Performance, you will: 

  • Drive talent strategy – Define and execute our talent value proposition, building future-ready leadership pipelines and managing enterprise-wide succession planning for critical roles across the Group. 

  • Lead performance transformation – Oversee our multi-year initiative to establish an integrated performance and talent management ecosystem connected to remuneration and reward strategies. 

  • Build future talent pipelines – Develop and lead our future talent strategy, overseeing early career programs including graduate, internship, and work experience initiatives. 

  • Manage high-potential talent – Partner with senior leaders to identify and develop high-potential individuals through data-driven talent reviews, delivering tailored development programs that accelerate leadership readiness. 

  • Drive internal careers – Lead the execution of strategies focused on internal mobility, career progression, and increasing diverse representation across all levels of the organisation. 

  • Create a feedback culture - Manage the Group's annual 360-degree feedback process for approximately 500 senior leaders, including strategy, approach, systems, reporting, and coaching. 

About you 

You’re a strategic and contemporary HR leader with: 

  • 12+ years’ experience in talent, leadership development, and performance strategy in a large, complex environment. 

  • Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs. 

  • Strong business acumen, project governance, and the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders. 

  • A passion for driving inclusion, internal career growth, and future workforce capability. 

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and external partnerships.
