  • Map and optimise existing processes from SuccessFactors to Workday.
  • Develop and oversee the migration of learning content and user data into Workday LMS.
  • Prepare documentation, including system configuration plans and future-state process flows.
  • Collaborate on test case development and ensure comprehensive system testing.
  • Design and execute a data migration strategy, ensuring accurate and complete transfer.
  • Support change and adoption by developing learner-focused materials and identifying ongoing system improvement opportunities.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on system implementation or migration projects (ideally LMS or HRIS).
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting data migration and system integration activities.
  • Skilled in test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Exposure to change management, with the ability to support training and user adoption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with effective stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
