As Technical Officer Engineering Training, you will coordinate the delivery of the Qantas Group Technical Training and provide technical support by managing training material resources including electronic hardware and digital software. The role ensures that Engineering Group L&D Instructors and students, domestically and internationally, have all the required resources.

This varied and autonomous role will see you working with a range of internal stakeholders globally.

You’ll have –

  • Demonstrated experience in Aviation Engineering is essential
  • Strong understanding of document management principles and technical systems
  • Knowledge of web-based languages and programs (HTML, JavaScript, Storyline) and computer componentry and hardware is desirable
  • A proactive nature with the ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines
  • Proficient in text and graphic manipulation including but not limited to Abode Pro & MS Office Suite.
  • Customer focused with an ability to build effective working relationships both internal and external to Qantas Group Engineering
  • An analytical approach to problem solving
