Job Description

  • Play a key role in providing a premium customer experience for our Lounge customers 
  • Permanent and fixed-term (until mid 2027) roles available in our Brisbane Qantas Lounge
  • Part-time opportunity working on a 7-day rotating shift roster

In your new role as Qantas Club Lounge Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on creating a seamless, personalised and memorable experience. Our customers enjoy the comfort and luxury within the Lounges so we aim to continuously create an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will play a vital role from welcoming and greeting these guests with a smile, providing assistance, anticipating their needs and always ensuring the highest level of service is provided. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate and engaging but also have a strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You’ll have:

  • Strong experience and background in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Proven ability to think quick on your feet and work under pressure
  • Genuine approach to a superior customer experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds and has an inclusive mindset
  • Motivated and positive attitude
  • Teamwork skills with commitment to supporting and collaborating with colleagues
  • Organisational and time management skills and possess the ability to overcome challenges in a time critical environment
  • Exceptional standard of presentation
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster, including public holidays and weekends
