You’ll have –

  • 2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency service delivery, with a strong focus on meeting SLAs.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in computer systems, with the ability to manage competing demands in a complex environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
