As a Senior Business Success Manager – Modern Retailing, Digital and Product you will play a pivotal role in one of the Group’s most transformative initiatives. In this role you will lead the transition of a Qantas business unit from legacy technology systems to modern Offer, Order, Settle, Delivery (OOSD) systems.

Reporting to the Head of Offers and Orders Transformation, you’ll develop new operating models and ways of working, deliver enhanced customer and employee experience outcomes, and achieve commercial benefits across the business unit. Central to your success will be strong collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring your business unit is informed, prepared and empowered throughout the program. This role will also act as the primary liaison between the business and program teams, ensuring full alignment and readiness during each phase of the transition.  

You’ll have –  

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role in managing airline websites 
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, travel, aviation, or a related field.  
  • Previous experience in airline modern retailing and a strong understanding of concepts including Offer, Order, Settle, Delivery (OOSD) systems and NDC  
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate on complex, cross-functional transformation projects.  
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert business needs into actionable requirements.  
  • Skilled in data management, business analysis, and problem-solving with a pragmatic approach.  
  • Familiarity with legacy airline systems (PSS, GDS, and related platforms) and vendor management experience.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated people leadership experience.
