Job Description

  • Challenge yourself to lead the E190 fleet into service through expert cabin policy and procedure development 
  • Together we’ll achieve operational excellence and regulatory compliance during a key fleet transition 
  • 12-month fixed term contract with Network Aviation based at Perth Airport

As the Cabin Policy Lead E190 Program, you will be responsible for leading the E190 Entry into Service and fleet transition program, ensuring the development and implementation of safe, efficient cabin crew procedures and policies. You will drive cabin safety and regulatory compliance aligned with Qantas Group, manufacturer, and aviation standards. This role oversees change management and coordinates policy across Cabin Safety, Operating Procedures, and Emergency Procedures. You’ll maintain expert knowledge of all regulations impacting cabin operations and deliver complex projects that enhance compliance and safety, while collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll have:

  • Strong knowledge of Cabin Crew operations, including safety, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Proven experience in developing and compiling technical procedures or policy documentation
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and adapt messaging to suit varied audiences and intents
  • Sound judgement and analytical skills to interpret information and draw meaningful conclusions
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and operational teams
  • Demonstrated ability to apply cause-and-effect thinking to problem-solving and decision-making
  • A track record of building strong, trusted relationships that support successful project delivery
