The Senior Account Manager, Corporate Sales is responsible for proactively managing ~70 international and national accounts with a combined value of over $110 million. This role holds a portfolio of high-value accounts and is accountable for driving retention and growth through strategic relationship management and commercial excellence.

You’ll lead complex negotiations, deliver superior customer service, and engage with senior stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing the Corporate Sales proposition and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

You’ll have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or B2B relationship roles, ideally within aviation, travel, or related industries
  • Proven success in complex negotiations and contract management
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving growth and retention
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders
  • Highly developed sales, account management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce desirable), Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data, sales performance, and market trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in presenting to senior internal and external audiences
