Job Description

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Line Maintenance Manager, you will lead the execution of aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll oversee planned maintenance in line with CASA regulations and Group Policy, delivering airworthy aircraft, engines, components, and equipment while maintaining secure and safe working conditions.

In this leadership role, you’ll foster a safety-first culture, promoting injury and illness prevention and supporting a healthy, productive work environment. You’ll manage operational performance, team leadership, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Additionally, you’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency.

You’ll have –

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, or 10 years’ experience in a Line Maintenance Supervisory role.
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Aeroskills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably with large groups of people
  • Proven operational expertise with a deep understanding of commercial, financial, and business matters.
  • Proactive, with the ability to negotiate solutions, resolve conflicts and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management.
