Our People Performance Manager works closely with the Airport team to help set, drive and deliver local people initiatives. We have an unwavering focus on building a flexible and adaptable workforce, driving leadership capability, improving productivity and creating safe workplaces. As a People Performance Manager, you’ll lead a team of Airport employees to drive the execution of people activities across a diverse, customer-focused workforce. You'll ensure timely delivery of employee processes such as one-on-ones, performance reviews, development activities, recruitment and Airport change initiatives. From coaching frontline leaders and employees, to rolling out engagement initiatives - you’ll play a vital part in shaping the culture and performance within the Airport.  
 
You’ll have - 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline. 
  • People leadership (3-5 years) within a large industrial environment. 
  • Experience in facilitating performance management, investigation and disciplinary processes. 
  • A customer-centric, proactive work ethic with a strong continuous improvement focus. 
  • Previous experience interpreting and carrying out functional activities in line with HR policy, procedures and Collective Agreements. 
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience with various HR Information Systems (e.g. Workday). 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build strong working relationships
