Job Description

  • Challenge yourself in a dynamic role supporting our international crew and operations
  • 2 roles available – A 12 month contract and a permanent opportunity
  • Shift work role located at our Head Office in Mascot

As a Scheduler, International Crew Operations you will be responsible for coordinating all international operations and crew activities in our Integrated Operations Centre. You will maximise the schedule integrity of our flying operations, maintain rosters and manage disruptions in accordance with CASA regulations, industrial agreements and other relevant documentation. Additionally, you will work with the team on shift to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained, while seeking opportunities to improve service and reduce cost. You will also handle all inbound and outbound phone calls, across a 7-day rotational roster.

You’ll have:

  • Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster with early starts and late finishes
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in time critical situations
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of our operations, crew requirements and our business
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and timely information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A degree or relevant experience in Aviation is desirable
  • Experience in AMADEUS/ARMS/MS Office is preferred
