Regional Operations Manager South East Asia

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for aviation operations? Qantas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee airport operations across key Southeast Asian ports. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, lead ground handling partnerships, and manage strategic projects such as port start-ups and transitions. You’ll be instrumental in delivering safety, service, and performance outcomes while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture. If you thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and bring over 5 years of senior operational experience in aviation, we’d love to hear from you.

You will bring:

• 5+ years of senior operational and managerial experience in a complex service environment and/or regulatory body
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Aviation, Safety or a related discipline
• Solid working knowledge of Airport Operations, Qantas Safety, ICAO, CASA, DOTARS, IATA, and relevant authorities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels of service providers, managers, and staff
• Deep understanding of CASA regulations and current industry issues
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data management expertise
