As our People Advisor, you’ll partner closely with the People Manager and key operational leaders to drive the execution of people strategies across a diverse, customer-focused workforce. You'll ensure timely delivery of HR processes and be a go-to expert on everyday people matters. From coaching leaders on performance management and employee relations, to rolling out talent reviews and engagement initiatives - you’ll play a vital part in shaping a thriving workforce.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Professional HR experience (3-5 years) within a large industrial environment.
  • Experience in facilitating performance management, investigation and disciplinary processes.
  • A customer-centric, proactive work ethic with a strong continuous improvement focus.
  • Previous experience interpreting and carrying out functional activities in line with HR policy, procedures and Collective Agreements.
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience with various HR Information Systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build strong working relationships.
