The Manager, DDCE Investment role is responsible for the management of requisite discovery necessary to drive prioritisation and assessment of all new investments across the Purchase Experience portfolio. Acting as the single-entry point for all new initiatives and projects across Purchase Experience, and responsible for maintaining the investment roadmap, this role is responsible for development and upholding consistent integrity of business cases and initiatives, implementing strategic frameworks to evaluate and prioritise initiatives in a consistent manner. 

You’ll have – 

• Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or a related discipline 
• 3+ years of senior stakeholder management in large, complex matrix organisation 
• 5+ of analysis experience including commercial modelling, forecasting, benefit estimation & sizing etc 
• Experience producing materials to articulate complex problems, solutions and approaches 
• Experience leading independent streams and projects 
• Experience in delivery of large scale and complex commercial negotiations across multiple business units 
• Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and continually changing environment 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute to effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
