Job Description

  • 2-year fixed term contract with Network Aviation based at Perth Airport

As the Manager, Cabin Training E190 Program, you will be responsible for leading the entry into service program for E190 Cabin Crew and Aircrew emergency procedures training. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of regulatory training programs, ensuring compliance with CASA regulations, company procedures and operating manuals. This role includes managing courseware creation and implementation, as well as planning and delivering fleet integration training to maintain currency and high-performance standards across both new and existing crew. You will also play a key role in aligning E190 training with current platforms and operational requirements, supporting safe, compliant, and effective operations.

You’ll have:

  • Sound experience in learning and development specifically with designing, developing and delivering training programs
  • In-depth knowledge of crew operations, CASA regulations, and operating manuals
  • Relevant project management skills, with entry into service experience highly regarded
  • Ability to optimise training platforms and streamline courseware development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging large groups
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with external regulators
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement
  • A collaborative and supportive leadership style, with the ability to influence and guide others effectively
  • A passion for safety and ability to champion safe practices across training programs
