In your new role as Aviation Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of Cabin and Emergency Procedures training programs for Network Aviation at the new Qantas Group training facility in Welshpool. This role involves managing training records and documentation, coordinating facility bookings and training schedules and handling uniform fittings for new hire crew, and providing administrative and operational support for the broader Flight Training team. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and local and group organisational standards.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Robust computer literacy skills, proficiency in MS Office programs, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A commitment to upholding a compliance culture
  • Previous experience in aviation, training or comparable operational industry highly regarded
