We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager - Trade to oversee and optimise a portfolio of high-value trade partners. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with OTAs, consolidators, leisure, and MICE agencies to drive both retention and growth. You will be responsible for strategic account management, customer service excellence, and negotiating key promotional and distribution strategies. Additionally, you will oversee operational performance, ensuring targets are met while identifying opportunities for increased revenue and market share.

In this role, you will work closely with global strategic account managers to align regional initiatives with global business objectives. Your ability to navigate complex account relationships, provide insightful performance reporting, and execute strategic negotiations will be critical to success. If you have a strong background in stakeholder relationship management, strategic thinking, and commercial negotiation, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You’ll have –

  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow high-value partnerships with key trade partners.
  • Strong skills in negotiating commercial agreements, securing promotional buy-in, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Experience in handling complex, high-value accounts across multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, consolidators, and MICE agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account retention and revenue growth through targeted strategies and relationship management.
  • Strong ability to analyse account performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with regional and global teams to align local strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges, adapt to market changes, and proactively develop solutions to drive success.
