Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1)

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport, specializing in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight, and corporate charter flying.

As an unrestricted B1 LAME, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and dependable maintenance and rectification services. Your role will also encompass leadership, people management, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, with a strong focus on On-Time Performance (OTP) and aircraft availability.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team where every member has the opportunity to contribute, add value, and make a meaningful impact on the business.

You’ll have:

• Experience in both heavy and line maintenance environments

• Australian Part 66 B1 unrestricted licence

• Valid CAN Number

• Experience with both F100 and A320 fleets (highly advantageous)

• Proven problem-solving skills, particularly under pressure

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff within the Qantas Group and external customers, particularly in operational areas

• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles

• A current state driver’s licence with the ability to obtain an Airside Driver’s licence
