The Technical Product Owner within Sales and Distribution will work with Heads-Of Distribution, Corporate Sales, Mid-Market Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Performance and Regional Sales Managers, driving investment and large operational spend, spanning large variety of projects, applications, suppliers and a delivery team of contractors.

This role is accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes – from concept through to operations. They guide and mentor cross-functional squads and vendors to ensure features are delivered to commitments, and the products meet their service levels and are secure and resilient by design.

The Technical Product Owner is a Senior IT leader with program manager skills and service delivery mindset, responsible for managing a team onshore and a larger team virtually, driving continuous improvement and innovation. You will manage the quality of service and operational stability, including IT risk and compliance management, delivering service improvements and providing input to service management strategies. 

You’ll have:

• 7 - 10 years’ experience Delivery experience working within a scaled agile environment
• Project / Programme management experience and service delivery skills
• Demonstrated experience and ability managing a wide-ranging set of stakeholders, applications, projects and suppliers
• Demonstrated ability to ma
• Thought leadership, ability to manage a complex and continuously evolving landscape
• Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, or lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale
• Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
• Solid experience in operational service management
• (Preferably) Airport or Airline technology experience
• Experience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes
• Expert stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
• Expert negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong commercial and business acumen
