As a Flight Training Coordinator, you will coordinate the daily running of all training and checking activity for A320/F100 Flight and Cabin Crew, ensuring efficient utilisation and on-time training delivery. You will plan training activity in accordance with the relevant training paths, book all training facilities (including simulators, classrooms and instructors), in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

In addition, you will provide administrative, licencing compliance and operational support to the Head of Training and Checking and the Network Aviation Training and Checking Organisation. You will also be required to manage the allocation of appropriate resources to specific training activities which includes liaison with the work-force-planning department and third-party providers.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A broad background in (workforce) planning with preferably 3 + years’ experience in an operations area
  • The ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Strong demonstrated analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into deliverables that have a positive impact on the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Robust computer literacy skills, proficiency in MS Office programs, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
