Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a growing fleet of A320 and F100 aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in resource sector support, regional and interstate passenger transport, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
 
As a Duty Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing CAMO oversight of fleet Airworthiness through reporting, assessment, and management of rectification / deferral of defects as necessary, to support the operation.

Using your proven technical experience, you will operate closely with Aircraft Maintenance Organisations, other engineering departments, the Regional Operations Control team and Flying operations teams to safely achieve our on-time performance targets and minimise the duration of Engineering related AOG events.

You’ll have:

• Experience as a senior LAME with a minimum of five years in a Line or Base Maintenance environment or a higher level of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience.
• Hold a CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence, rated on the Airbus A320 and/or the Fokker F100 aircraft (or similar aircraft in the B1/B2 category).
• Strategic and analytical thinker with proven problem-solving and time management skills, particularly when under pressure.
• High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance information systems such as the Trax and IAS software packages.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance
• Experience with the management of AOG recovery of aircraft.
• Ability to work as part of a team to produce safe, compliant and desirable outcomes on behalf of the business.
