Job Description

  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives across airport infrastructure, regulatory changes, biometrics, and wayfinding to elevate the end-to-end customer journey and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging expertise in airport operations, product/service design, and customer journey

The Senior Product Manager, Airport CX Enablement is at the forefront of driving strategic enablement projects such as infrastructure upgrades, regulatory changes, biometric enablement, wayfinding solutions and new airport products. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing initiatives that improve the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint. In doing so, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, expertise in airport operations and a visionary approach to digitising and transforming the customer experience. They will also have a strong commercial background as well as expertise in product/service design and customer journey principles. The Senior Manager will lead a product analyst, collaborate with various stakeholders, and oversee multiple programs of work to drive change. They will have the ability to influence senior leadership and act as a key advisor in shaping the future of the airport customer experience. 

You'll Have: 

  • Strategic Leadership experience with a visionary outlook 
  • Expertise in Airport operations with a focus on infrastructure, technology and customer experience 
  • Strong business/commercial acumen, including proficiency in developing business cases 
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis and insights, with the ability to provide leadership to a product analyst 
  • Deep experience in digital and tech transformation and change management 
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leadership on strategic decisions 
  • Experience in product and service design and customer journey principles 
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling CX narratives 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills 
  • Airline Industry expertise 
  • A natural customer-centric, visionary, and problem-solving approach
