As a Crew Rostering Coordinator within Group Workforce Services, your work will see you preparing and recommending resourcing solutions for the regional workforces, ensuring all flights are rostered legally and in accordance with our Aircrew Industrial Awards & CASA regulations.

You’ll have – 

  • Airline Workforce Planning experience is desired, but not essential
  • General workforce planning experience or experience in planning within similar industries – Logistics, Transport.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • A high level of personal integrity
  • Takes ownership of, and personal accountability for actions
  • Demonstrated team player with an ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Understanding of the operational need to provide flexibility
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, with ability to make decisions in time critical situations
  • Awareness of operational conditions and availability/whereabouts of all resources
  • Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop working knowledge of the flying program, business and manpower requirements
  • Ability to develop knowledge of current industrial instruments Experience in MS Office
