The Senior Product Specialist, Flight Products is a commercial product role within our Products and Ancillary Revenue Team  and an exciting opportunity to help drive our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Manager, Flight Products you will be working across the insights, design & delivery lifecycles of the Flight Products portfolio. This includes product P&L accountabilities, feeding into high-level roadmaps and development of commercial product strategies and designs that deliver against key portfolio objectives.

You will also be leading cross-functional teams in delivering in-year and long-term initiatives which includes building out requirements, completing business impact assessments and working with key stakeholders including digital, sales, revenue management, customer care, operations and marketing to ensure initiatives are delivered on time to meet revenue targets. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced team environment and can effectively problem-solve and embrace change.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • 3-5 years commercial or digital experience preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills including excellent verbal, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills.
  • An intermediate familiarity with MS Office suite; familiarity with project management and collaboration software (e.g. Miro, Monday.com) is an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy; an ability to learn Jetstar standard software packages.
  • Experience in strategy development and/or project management an advantage. 
  • Experience in Agile development an advantage.
  • A team player who values a hard-working and supportive culture of collaboration and continuous learning
