As the Management System Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall administration and effective management of QE’s Management System. You will continually review QE’s processes and supporting documentation hosted within the Management System, recommending process simplification and improvements under our High Reliability Organisation (HRO) framework. In addition, you will engage with relevant stakeholders to reduce system variability and eliminate complexity, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the Management System.

 

You’ll have -

  • Demonstrated experience in similar Business Process or Quality Systems Management.
  • Proven experience in professional technical writing within a regulated service industry or manufacturing environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management Studies, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Formal training in Business Process Mapping/ Business Analyst and SharePoint online (Technical expertise in SharePoint Administration and SharePoint development experience).
  • Advanced skills in applicable Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat writer.
  • Detailed knowledge of Business Process Management and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies such as LeanSix Sigma, Value Stream Mapping and Management, Kaizen, Operational Excellence etc.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience in business process modelling, in large multi-layered organisations. Ability to facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to document process.
  • Advanced technical expertise using process mapping applications such as Holocentric, Promapp etc.
  • Capability to design and develop user centric document templates and transition content into templates at scale, working with process and document owners/specialists.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing ability.
  • Knowledge of HTML/XML/Image editing software.
  • Capability to work with large data sets to perform data analytics and reporting using tools such as PowerBI.
