As a Sales, Refunds & Audit Clerk, you’ll be responsible for accurately processing transactions that require investigation and sound judgment. Leveraging your knowledge of ticket sales, refunds, and fare audit processes, you’ll contribute to the resolution of ticket exceptions, support compliance, and help meet daily and monthly KPIs. You'll also contribute to system and process improvements while delivering excellent service to stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales, Refunds & Audit Supervisor you’ll collaborate with our support teams and the wider finance team, assist and support senior roles and participate in projects across the Qantas Group, gaining exposure to multiple business units and stakeholders.

You’ll have:                                                                 

  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, sales audit, or a customer service-related role
  • Solid understanding of sales, audit, and refund processes
  • Understanding of Amadeus or equivalent reservation system history
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical thinking
  • High level of customer service, supporting internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general PC applications
