Working within the People Group, the Senior People Manager acts as the strategic HR business partner to senior business leaders, working closely with stakeholders from across the business.  

You will have exciting opportunities to lead a variety of strategic people initiatives and programs of work across the employee lifecycle, whilst also supporting day-to-day BAU activity across business unit functions.  

Your core responsibilities will include:   

  • Lead People strategies, plans and initiatives at a senior level including talent management, leadership development, culture change initiatives and transformations.  

  • Being a trusted strategic business partner to senior leader and stakeholders, providing coaching, strategic advice and support to deliver optimal value and drive business outcomes.   

  • Leverage business expertise and human resources analytics to develop effective people solutions that enhance business outcomes and elevate employee experiences.  

You’ll have:  

  • 10+ years HR business partnering experience with Senior leadership teams and stakeholders, including Executive Managers in a large, complex organisation  

  • Excellent strategic ability to develops people plans and organisational design that drives exceptional business results.   

  • Proven ability managing and leading complex change and transformation programs

  • Experience working within an agile environment

  • Highly developed business and commercial acumen and the ability to effectively use HR data and analytics to drive people solutions  

  • Demonstrated ability navigating complex issues within a matrix business environment with differing stakeholder needs and expectations  

  • People leadership skills with the ability to successfully lead a small team  

  • Proven interpersonal and relationship development skills  

  • Drive to succeed, be self-motivated and proactive and and be able to work independently with limited direction or guidance
