You’ll have the chance to work across different areas, including Employee Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Learning & Development, Projects, HR Business Partnering and more.

You may find yourself involved in everything from implementing our Inclusion & Diversity initiatives to promote a more diverse workforce, to collaborating with HR Business Partners on key aspects of the employee lifecycle. This will provide you with a chance to expand your experience, while building a valuable professional network that will help fast-track your development as a future leader at Qantas.

To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must –

• Be in your final year of study or; you have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study with a Major in Human Resources or similar in the last 2 years  
• Maintained a credit average or above
• Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
• Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application
