As a Marketing Manager in the Qantas Insurance team, you’ll be responsible for managing the marketing activity across the Qantas Health Insurance and the Qantas Wellbeing App portfolio to support commercial revenue targets.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ demonstrated direct/digital marketing experience;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business related field;
  • Sound understanding or background in Financial Services Marketing (Insurance preferred);
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across above the line and below the line channels, with a strong focus on campaign reporting and analysis techniques;
  • An ability to analyse key insights across marketing channels and campaign performance, and communicate findings effectively to the team;
  • A proven ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with internal senior stakeholders, external creative agencies and partners;
  • Experience in using email build and delivery systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
