As part of the LAX Intermediate Maintenance team you will play an important part in the operational support and administration of the business.  We are looking for someone to provide exceptional administration support and complete day to day office tasks. This support includes but is not limited to office administration, data entry, accounts payable/receivable support, preparing communications, coordinating rosters and acting as a first point of contact for callers and visitors to the facility.

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • High levels of competency with Microsoft applications such as Word, Access, Excel, Power point
  • Strong and accurate data input skills
  • Experience managing daily correspondence and diary coordination
  • Proven administration and secretarial support experience
  • Maintained a comprehensive and accurate filing system
  • Understanding of the importance in compliance with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards
  • Complied with Group Management systems standards and associated policies in the workplace.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years Advanced computer literacy with extensive experience in computer applications including MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint  At least (2) years previous Administration experience.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Exceptional Administration and Organisational skills.  Positive attitude with a strong customer focus.  Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks.  Committed to continuous improvement.  Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, but importantly, the ability to operate autonomously.  Ability to manage a busy workload.  Strong attention to detail.  Good level of problem solving skills
