The Learning Manager Cabin Crew is responsible for business partnering and training delivery across Domestic and International cabin crew operations. As a key business partner, this role provides expert advice, leadership, coaching and strategic learning solutions, leveraging off current adult learning methodologies, to ensure the smooth transition of business strategy and operational requirements into training planning, delivery and implementation.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager for Cabin Crew, you will also manage & support a team of SME Facilitators crew-to-ground and provide regular consultation, advice and coaching to team members. You will oversee all aspects of training delivery, deliver train the trainer sessions, conduct training assessments & observations and actively drive best practice approaches to training delivery.

You’ll have:

  • Experience working in L&D -training management, business partnering, consulting or similar activities.
  • Customer and delivery focused with exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively address even the most resistant stakeholders and challenging situations.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills as well as knowledge of adult learning principles through various training methodologies and learning solutions
  • Sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capability with the ability to lead, motivate, engage and develop high performing teams.
  • Project management and process improvement experience and expertise, including experience leading/managing a training team
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High degree of computer literacy –experienced user of MS Office suites
