As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to manage a portfolio of SG Trade partners in our commercial team. You will work to maximise revenue, increase yield, retain existing business and develop new business opportunities through these partners. You will have the ability to understand the partner strategy, and develop a strong, robust relationship with the valuable partners. You will work within stipulated budgets, ensuring that the sales and marketing activities are effective in assisting to meet targets. You will meet and exceed revenue and cost of sale targets while ensuring compliance with relevant corporate and finance policies and processes.

You’ll have –

  • At least 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the aviation or tourism industry
  • University degree in relevant business or tourism discipline
  • Proven track record successfully delivering against revenue targets through a mix of business partners and across multiple markets
  • Experienced negotiator with proven track record in business development in collaboration with a range of partners
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills across cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with business development and relationship management in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to think differently and to challenge the norm with an open and innovative mindset
  • Ability to self-motivate with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high quality output.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
  • High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
