As a Freight Solutions Adviser, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of services for Qantas and Jetstar Freight. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team and requires you to maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You'll also oversee flight reservations and planning, manage shipment reports, track and trace shipments, and ensure the smooth resolution of cargo claims. Additionally, you'll handle basic accounts and invoice management responsibilities.

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of the Air Freight Industry (highly advantageous)
• Qualification in Logistics or related field
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• A customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and flexibility
