Business Analyst

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying. 

As the Business Analyst, you will support projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth, transformation, and business improvement. You will analyze business constraints and opportunities to optimize processes, policies, and systems, working closely with stakeholders to recommend solutions that align with the organization's goals and strategies. You will assist with ongoing business reviews, focusing on developing customer and operational metrics, and implementing effective company-wide systems and processes to ensure targets are met and exceeded. You may also be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll serve as a point of escalation when necessary to ensure optimal project outcomes. 
 
You’ll have: 

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a business analyst or similar role 

• Business/ Project Management or similar desired 

• Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement, change and/or Lean Sigma initiatives. 

• Ability to translate business ideas and strategies into detailed approaches and plans. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences 

• Proven expertise in reporting

• Experience working on and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale project initiatives. 

• Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments 

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
