Part of the Workforce Planning team, the Senior Resource Analyst is responsible for developing and managing resource plans for Pilots and Cabin Crew, spanning the tactical planning horizon (typically 1 to 18 months ahead). This position coordinates essential inputs and assumptions, oversees recruitment, training, and leave planning, and delivers valuable insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, while safeguarding operational resilience and crew engagement. The role provides advanced statistical based scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives. It also provides analytical support for relevant projects.

You’ll have: 

• Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
• Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking and problem solving skills
• Advanced numeracy skills – ability to analyse, interpret and present numerical data for business insight
• Advanced use of Power BI, Excel and other MS Office tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Proven ability to identify issues, develop strategic options, facilitate or make decisions and plan action
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and inquisitive, actively look for opportunities to enhance systems and processes. Driving continuous improvement within WFP team.
