Our General Graduates come from a wide range of degree backgrounds, bringing diverse skills and expertise to our business. As a Graduate in the General stream, you'll have the chance to gain experience across various business areas, including Customer, Operations, Fleet, Network, Strategy, Commercial and more.

You could play a key role in initiatives ranging from shaping our Climate Action Plan and driving a sustainable future, to contributing to the design of exceptional passenger experiences on our new non-stop flights from Australia to destinations worldwide. To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must –

• Be in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years 
• Maintained a credit average or above
• Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
• Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application
